A velvety vegan hot chocolate will surely enlighten your day. Chocolate is good for you! Yes! Pure cacao, meaning 100 percent cacao is full of antioxidants and it is so delicious. The good news is that you can control how healthy your hot chocolate is going to be. We added nut butter and cinnamon to this creamy vegan hot cocoa recipe for extra creaminess and nutrition. The sweetener is optional if you are trying to eliminate the sugar from your diet. I make this hot chocolate every day for my children at home. I occasionally add the nut butter.

  • Powdered cinnamon
  • Maple Syrup

Serve hot into your favorite cups. It yields about 2 cups.
